I set an alarm on my phone to remind me to complete the severity ratings each day, but it’d be handy if the app has an option to remind the user to enter data (e.g., they choose the time, what they want to be reminded of, etc).

Feature uses a local notification. The time can sync to the cloud and be editable by a clinician, but the alarm should be triggered locally so that it can be used offline.
